Quarterly Report October-December 2025

In the final quarter of 2025, Yashchenko Foundation continued to deliver critical humanitarian assistance across Ukraine as winter conditions and sustained attacks placed increasing pressure on civilians and health systems.

In October, our work focused on large-scale medical aid deliveries to hospitals and primary health care facilities facing persistent shortages. In November, we shifted toward winterisation and household support for front-line communities in Sumska oblast, delivering essential items to help families endure extreme winter conditions. Although December is typically a quieter operational period, we maintained targeted support for displaced families, children, and emergency services.

Q4 also marked a significant scale-up of the Walking Blood Bank (WBB) programme. With support from Direct Relief, we conducted 34,288 blood-group tests, recruiting thousands of new donors nationwide and exceeding front-line testing targets in high-risk areas.
